Our artwork lacks in so many ways, but here's what we have so far.  Feel free to design your own if you don't find any artwork here suitable.  Please have all artwork approved by Paul and Mark before sending to print.

The object of the game is to get as many CEW's, Covered Electronic Waste, into our system as possible.  By doing this, the reuse and recycle opportunities that become available will be the financial building blocks to get us to our first goal.  The first goal, or stage of success will be the status of Approved Recycler/Collector with the state which will include the acquisition of a storage and processing facility.  Our CFO Scott Harper is working on the business plan so we'll know exactly what this is going to cost us and what we'll need to do to get there.  Our prospective customers have been targeted as TV repair shops, waste management companies, local fire department, city services and commercial properties.

For guiding purposes I'll estimate this way.  To hire full time personell we must produce 5 full loads of CEW material in one week.  Sustaining this volume will begin to lift the load from the Officers onto hired staff.  This translates to roughly 20 to 25 TVs or 35 - 40 monitors recovered each business day.  This would support a full time driver/handler, which in the beginning will be Paul, and cover all of the business overhead with enough profit left over to build on.

The system is very simple, it goes something like this.

  1. We spread the word, get people to call us for CEW pickups .
  2. When people call we get their name, address and phone number and put it in our calendar.
  3. As we collect the CEWs we filter through any potentially resellable items.
  4. CEWs and Scrap are sent to the recycler, resellable items are recovered, repaired, cleaned and sold.
  5. Wash, rinse, repeat.  Selectively pick up a few IT clients along the way.
