Support Pricing:

Email/Telephone $25 each incident (1 hour response time)
Remote Support $25 each 15 minutes (1-4 hour response time)
On Site Support $90 each hour, minimum 2 hours (1-48 hour response time)
After Hours & Emergency Service $200 plus rate (for existing clients only)

1. Inland Digital Help Desk

Submit a Help Desk request by sending an email to helpdesk@inlanddigital.com. Whether you're a new client or a veteran, there is NO CHARGE to submit a request.  We accept PayPal and convenient billing for approved clients.  The Help Desk will track previous requests as well as open requests.  With the Help Desk, you will always know, when your request is assigned, who it is assigned to and up to the minute updates including price quoting.  The Help Desk requires the ability to send and recieve internet email, If at anytime you are not able to use the Help Desk, due to connectivity issues or email issues, please call us at 909 563-8702.

 

2. Remote Support

If necessary we'll invite you to a remote session where we can fix your computer with remote control.  Remote Support is also used for system monitoring and maintenance for clients with service contracts.

 

3. On Site Support

We travel to most Inland Empire locations.  Our response time varies though we strive for same or next day service.  Some service contracts also include On Site Support
